Hi my daughter started to complain of back ache when running or jumping a few weeks back. She complained about 3 days in a row then again a week later and again today said it hurt. My son and daughter play rough and he has jumped on her back just before this happened.

it can’t hurt terrible as she jumps runs and does cart wheels and doesn’t tell me it’s random when she does tell me but I also suspect she has anxiety as she tells me problems that she has or if anything is in her food that looks funny. So idk if it does hurt or. If it niggle a bit and she’s just telling me it hurts:

she’s had kidney infection. Before so also wondering if it could be a uti / kidney infection but I suspect withi. 3 weeks would’ve got worse it’s generally middle of hee back

any ideas or anyone else’s little one had this gonna ring doctor to test urine etc and a
discuss.

Definitely get her checked out...it could be a persistent UTI. Or it could be a sprain from rough play with her brother than she only feels when she is in certain positions. Worst case scenario it's just a bit of anxiety on her part, but better safe than sorry.

Thanks I’ll ask them to test her if they ring me back! she’s not had a uti for a couple years though but last time she did it went to kidneys

Def get her checked out. I started getting back pain when I was 9, didn't hurt every day but some days would hurt and others would be ok and went on for a couple of years. I think it was probably connected to a fall I had just before the problems started.
