Chicken pox?

Hi all.
These spots have come and gone but some are new. They don’t seem to be bothering her at all but she has a bad cough (on and off at night)
please can someone advise if this is chicken pox? Dr wasn’t sure last week

Bless her. Mine has just had them and they looked a lot like this, from what I can tell from the picture. I'm not medical though. We treated ours with Calpol for temp & aches and Calamine lotion for the itching after a soak in a lukewarm bath with bicarbonate of soda. Hope she recovers soon x
