So I started a thread last week wondering if my almost 6 year old might have coeliac - he has frequent stomach pains and mouth ulcers. I haven't called the doctor yet just with Easter and everything I was going to leave it a few days. But he just called me in to ask why his poo is all orange - this was after wiping. Is this an emergency situation?! He seems well in himself. I am freaking out a bit!

It could well be Coeliac. My daughter presented with orange, greasy stools. It was a prolapse that led to diagnosis though. The only trouble his, he will have to keep eating gluten for it to show on the tests so try to get tested ASAP if you can.

Good luck @MeinKraft, if DS is diagnosed its a difficult adjustment at first but it's a relief when you know you can manage the condition.

Hello, my daughter has exactly same problem today. She is 6. Did you go to the doctor? Did you understand what the problem is? Is it still continuing? I would be very happy if you answer please🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
