My boy is 7 years old and the same weight as summer last year. Height is now starting to stall and not gaining any height in 4/5 months.
Doctors ran some bloods and all fine apart from a few liver tests below the ref limit (Serum creatinine level (XE2q5) 34 umol/L [45 - 75]). Tested for coeliac, thyroid, diabetes…the full work.
GP wasn’t concerned and said as all other liver tests are fine no concerns.
Just told us to come back if their weight drops below the next percentile.
Todays he’s hardly eaten anything, just says he isn’t hungry. He does say his belly hurts sometimes and I wonder if he’s feeling a bit sick but can’t quite explain.
Any suggestions on what to do?
