Can anyone identify this rash?

DD (2.5) has had a red patch on the back of her leg for a long time, the doctor said to use emollient as it was eczema but her dermatologist said it wasn’t and to use the Protopic prescribed for her alopecia but that hasn’t cleared it either. She now has a new patch on her arm. Neither area seem to be itchy and they are both flat, not textured or scaly. I’ve been looking at ringworm but it’s coloured throughout on her arm rather than just the edges. Does anyone have any suggestions? My eldest DD has just had impetigo and I have the antibiotic cream from that leftover, I think I’m going to put some of that on and see what happens until the chemist opens on Tuesday.

No sorry @Fedupsequin

Hopefully this will bump for you.

I'd go to a local chemist and ask there. Imo it's fungal and you'll need a specific type of cream.

Or, it could be the start of impetigo? If it starts to go crusty and dry. It's very contagious.

Circular patches are often fungal. Maybe ask a pharmacist for an anti fungal cream?
