2yo vagina thrush

What can I give her for this pls? Has anyone else's little ones had it ? Come on after a course of strong antibiotics. Couldn't get a gp appointment last week and she keeps saying it's stinging. Red and little creamy bits.

Pharmacy said can't give anything for under 6s without gp prescription. Can anyone advise if I can just use normal canesten or something else ?

Canesten 1% can be used for fungal nappy rash so you could probably try that
