6 year old leaking wee when she coughs

My 6 year old has suddenly started leaking a small amount of wee when she coughs or farts. What could be causing this? No uti symptoms or anything. Aside from making a Dr's appointment, what can I do to help her stop doing this?

Maybe try increasing how often she has a wee. In the interim carry spare clothes and panties everywhere you go
