Can anyone help with these blood results?

Hi, my 14 year old ds had a blood test recently (he has an ongoing problem with gastrooesophageal reflux). His results came today with no explanation. They’ve put him on iron tablets and folic acid.
MCV 74
MCH 24.3
ESR 22
TFT-TSH 3.1, T4 14
Folate 3.5
Ferritin 10.

Does any of this mean anything to anyone?

Simply Google those things. You'll get the correct answers. I did that when I had some tests recently.
