My child had his tonsils and adenoids out in November. He was in for about 6 hours post-op and we have had no contact since then. Have others had post-op contacts/check ups? My older child also had this op (+ grommets) and he had a number of follow up appointments (different surgeon), so I'm wondering if my expectations are too high because of this.
