Hi, any idea if this is normal spot on my 6yr olds leg or something else that needs treatment?

Could be the beginnings of Molluscum?
Hope not, it's a bit of a pain.

I think it looks like molloscum. Both my kids have had it and looked like this. It’s a real pain in the arse, it took me 2 years to clear my son of it (he had about 60 spots!)

Can i do anything to stop it if it is molluscum? It's only the 1 spot, been there about a week.

Yea get treatment. From experience there’s 2 I would recommend. Expensive but worth every penny. I’ll find the links for you. GP will tell you there is no treatment and just to leave it. I tried that for over a year and it didn’t go.
read up about it on the official website so you can understand it

The spots will become angry and inflamed before they are about to burst. Put plaster on from then so catch the fluid that will leave out as this fluid is what causes more spots to spread. I didn’t know this the first time around and my son ended up covered in them

Definitely molluscum

Do i do anything? Put a plaster over it? It's not bothering her and i've not seen her touching/scratching it

Hello, if that’s what it is use benzoyl peroxide. My daughter had it 3/4 years ago and it was recommended on the NHS website at the time. Amazing worked within a week and she’d be plagued for ages with it. I’ve attached a pic of the exact cream I got from Boots. Good luck x
