My daughter is 3 she has had chickenpox, she had been amazing- hasn’t scratched the whole time. All of the spots scabbed over fine however the scabs on her head seem to have fallen off, despite her not picking/scratching at them. They have been left with these marks underneath- is this normal? Or are these now going to be chickenpox scars. Is there anything i can do to help?
