My 3 year old lost lots of hair and cradle cap returned

My little girl is 3 and has always had a LOT of hair since she was born , never given her a haircut only fringe cuts . She had cradle cap as a new born and after few month I got rid of it with the appropriate brush and cream . Went away everything was fine up until a couple of months ago out of nowhere I found a big lock of her hair in my hands , didn’t notice any hair loss before that , didn’t see any hair on pillows on hair accessories nothings . Obviously freaked out and tried to understand if it was ripped ( she would have screamed ) or if the roots were there as if it just fell but we couldn’t work it out .
after a week I noticed I could see more scalp and realised her hair was literally half of what it used to be .. started a back and forth with GP , blood tests all healthy , scalp healthy .. I noticed at the same time that cradle cap was back all around fringe line and going in towards the centre of her head , there was quite a bit around the fringe line and just a little in the rest of the head , I googled it and apparently if they get it at 3 it’s not cradle cap it just looks like it and it might be a scalp fungus … scalp looks healthy , showed it to gp that just said “ oh yeah cradle cup “ … honestly … how helpful … Eventually used same brush same cream got rid of the main part around fringe but I can’t reach easily the rest cause now she has long hair .
She always had lots of hair so when people see her now they say “ she looks fine “ . I know her , her hairdresser knows her and we both can see something has changed even her dad and grandma can see it so it’s not just me being paranoid .
I can see my little one scalp and I’m panicking every time cause I think it’s getting worse but the gp has stopped helping cause blood tests were healthy . Some friends suggest we give her a haircut and the hair will get stronger again , some friends say she is just naturally shedding . I don’t know what to think and I don’t understand this cradle cap . HELP

Hi, did you find a solution please?

Wash her hair really regularly. Go deep. Flake out the cradle cap while you are drying it. Our boy had cc until he was about 7. Went away eventually. No harm done.

So wet, shampoo rinse. Flake off cc. Wet shampoo rinse again every two days.
