I have a toddler with chickenpox, started with the spots on Monday and is now thoroughly covered with them. She is drooling which surprised me - is this usual? I can't get a look but I'm presuming they're in her mouth or throat. She isn't eating or drinking a lot but she is getting enough. Is there anything I can do, or should be doing?
