Sickness bug or?

DC was painting yesterday with some poster paints from B&M. DC then put the sponge brush that we were using in his mouth (i think may have bitten down but I took it out straight away - there was obviously paint in his mouth but I'm unsure how much).
Anyway, this morning DC is throwing up. Do you think it could be the paints? Or is it most likely a sickness bug or other type of illness?

Hi
just asking for a bit of advise.
my 4.5 month old has started to have explosive nappies during near enough every feed for the last 4 days. He seems happy in himself and I havnt noticed anything unusual whilst these have been happening. He has reflux so is on carobel for that and to be honest he’s never really has a solid poo since being on it but it has gotten worse. Could it be the carobel? He also suffers with gas and hiccups and arches his back whilst being winded. I’m just not sure weather it could be a bug? Or the milk? Should I hold out a couple more days to see if it gets better or should I make a drs appointment Monday morning?
