Congestion in a 3 week old

Hi.
My baby girl is 3 weeks old, we took her to the GP yesterday as she is quite congested in her nasal passage which was making breathing a little tricky.
She is too young for any medications. The doctor prescribes a Saline nasal drip and a nasal aspirator.
This has helped her a lot, but she has a little blood from her nose. I assume that's josh part and parcel of having the aspirator there and someone sucking the mucus out.
Has anyone else had anything like this with a baby so small?
They obviously reiterated the importance of keeping an eye out for any symptoms of bronchitis etc too which I am very mindful of.

Thanks 😌

Mine had a cold when he was about 5 days old (the joys of older brothers 😫) I would think the blood was just from irritation, so I don't think I'd be too worried unless it keeps happening. I pretty much kept mine in the sling all day to keep him upright, this seemed to help 😃
