Chickenpox on her bum! What to use?

My daughter has had chickenpox since Sunday. Most of the spots are crusting over now and we have been using Poxclin on her body - the scabs seem to be progressing well.
However she has lots of spots still on her bum and lady bits which look very angry and she’s clearly in discomfort whenever she has a nappy change. I’ve been using sudocrem on them for now but just wondered if anyone had any recommendations of what is safe and good to use down there? Just want to get them dried up and comfortable for her as soon as possible.

Try giving her a bath with baking soda in it. Google for amount. I found it miraculous with mine.

A bath with oats is also soothing put them in an old sock / tight leg. I think her bum needs air so as much nappy free time as you can take will soon dry them up.

Towels and old duvet covers on floor and let her go nappy free. Had to do this with ds when he was little and had the mother of all nappy rashes. Worked a treat
