My son suffers from very cold hands. They go very red, more so then any of the rest of us. When he gets in from outside his hands and feet are almost numb and he goes to warm up. 13yo, 5'6 size 8 feet. Only started happening within the last year. I'm wondering if he might have Raynaud's? I will make a doctors appointment as could be deficiency in something, but thought I'd post for any other experiences.
