DD won't let me brush her tongue this morning so don't mind it but is this normal? She is 30 months, cutting her back molars and has been waking up through the night running high fevers since Tuesday night, coming down with Calpol and ibuprofen. She is only complaining about her teeth, so I am assuming the fevers are teeth related. However it also looks like the tooth has caused an ulcer on the side, and the gum is over the top of the tooth. This is my first child so I have no idea what is normal here!
