Never ending Cold and Cough

Tell me I am not alone. DD1 is 4yo and ever since she started going to the nursery she has a bad cold and cough every other week. She's been on antibiotics 3 times since December last year. I'm so fed up. GP is not of much help. She also has constant ear infections. Am I the only one struggling with a constantly sick kid? Reassure me please!!!

first winter in school/nursery setting?

unfortunately normal. it's a phase and it WILL get better.

only thing you can do is

• hygiene (handwashing!)
• exercise (at least one hour a day, preferably outside in daylight)
• nutrition (consider a multi vitamin supplement if fussy or diet is otherwise restricted)
• sleep
