Chickenpox or HFM?

I’ve sought advice from GP and a pharmacist and neither can tell me for definite what it is. All we’ve to do is wait and see if they scab over which is frustrating as if it’s HFM she could be in nursery! I know this platform isn’t for diagnosing but interested to hear what other people think this is? For info she does have red spots on her feet but nothing on palms, soles of feet or round her mouth!

When did they appear? I don't think they look blistery enough for chicken pox... But could be early stages.

Definitely doesn't look like chickenpox. Could be hfm but not certain. Anything on her tongue?

I noticed the ones on her hands yesterday early afternoon and then more had appeared by the time she got her bath last night. There aren’t anymore blister like ones today but the first pic on her thigh is new today! My oldest hasn’t had it yet so I’m clueless 😣

No nothing on her tongue or inside her mouth that I can see!
