Am I being paranoid?

Slight rash on 8 month old. Appeared after a bath. Doesn't feel bumpy.

Done glass test but I can't really tell of it changess

Definitely not being paranoid as it's definitely a prominent rash. See if it goes down a little in a bit seeing as he's just got out of the bath.
