Hi, my son is 8 weeks. Since about 2 weeks old he’s had this horrendous cold/virus. Can only assume brought in by our toddler.
He's constantly congested, the stuff that comes out of his nose is awful. He struggles with bottles, coughing & sounds like he’s choking with every feed. The wheezing, rattle & cough makes him sound like he’s smoking 60 a day! He’s vomiting milk & mucous after every feed. So far he’s still managed to put weight on so the HV wasn’t interested.
We’ve tried everything. I’ve seen 4 GP’s who keep saying it’s not on chest so there’s nothing they can do. After nearly 6 weeks of this, it’s beyond a joke. We’re all exhausted with it.
anyone else experienced this? Anything that helped? How long did it last for?
