How to help teething baby sleep ? 😭

Result stating to loose my mind! My husband and I are looking zombies.

My 8 month old is usually a pretty good sleeper , sometimes would wake up, drink a bottle and go straight back to sleep.

The last 3 nights have been horrendous. She's waking up pretty distressed , crying,
will drink some milk but Will still not settle. Even if I'm rocking her in my arms etc. This is happening multiplie times a night and she barker settles fir an hour

I THINK she is teething and I'm assuming this is what's causing it. I've been giving her calpol/nurofen which i think is helping a bit, but it's still a disaster at night.

She's eating and drinking her milk, but a bit miserable during the day to

Any advise please? I don't remember it being like this with my son

8 months is pretty much a black hole for sleep. It is a phase and it does pass.
