Reoccurring Hives

My 18 month old DS has started with hives for the last two weeks he’s woken up with them all over face, legs & arms. We’ve seen 2 docs and a pharmacist who are all stumped on what it is. They think either allergy or viral. He seems fine in himself but it’s been ongoing for 2 weeks. Has anyone else had this? tIA 😊

Have you recently changed detergent or is there anything new in his room that could be triggering an allergy eg new cleaner or something

I’d be changing the mattress and washing his bedding and clothes in something like Surcare. Absolutely no fabric conditioner.
