Does this looks infected ? It fell off 3 days ago and I she is only 6 days old my daughter please help

I'm afraid it's very hard to assess from a photo. I'd say not obviously, but if you're worried, then in a 6 day old baby you need a low threshold for getting checked. If it's smelly, gets oozier, or most especially if it gets red round it on the skin of the abdomen, then it really needs checking out promptly.

It looks fine to me but your midwife will see it at her next visit.
You can request a visit from your midwife. She will have left you her details on the notes.
