Hello. My daughter currently has chicken pox. At the moment I'm bathing her every morning and applying;

• poxclin (foam all over)
•aqueous calamine cream on every spot
•calpol and piriton every 4 hours

im putting on her foam and cream every 4 hours too but more often if she needs it.

is there anything else anyone has used that has helped. She's very upset.

it's day 3 today and they're still blisters

Bath in oats.

I found the calamine made mine uncomfortable.

So I put a couple of scoops of porridge oats in a sock and tied the end. Ran a bath and popped the oat sock in so the water went slightly milky. Popped DDs in.

Also I actually used calendula cream on the spots. Can't remember why but someone recommended it. Seemed to help.
