Constantly poorly DD8

My DD8 seems to be poorly all of the time; in the last 3 months she has had chicken pox, a sickness bug, a really nasty cold which was quite possibly covid, a bad cough and today has woken up being sick again. This is alongside regular complaints of stomach ache which is usually remedied with a dose of calpol.

Her diet is admittedly rubbish which I know isn't helping, I have posted many times asking for advice as she barely eats anything but the general census is that it's her age and she'll grow out of it. She became a vegetarian a year ago but she's so difficult to feed; she doesn't really like meat alternatives but isn't a big fan of veg either which is ideal.

I give her vitamin C daily but I need to introduce some additional vitamins I think. Does anyone have any suggestions before I spend the day cleaning up sick and googling which vitamins and how much please?

Or any other suggestions on life in general with a germ sponge child and how to improve this because I feel like I'm failing at the moment.
