My 6 yo daughter threw up last Friday in the middle of the night, it was full on out of the blue projectile vomiting, hit the walls everything. I kept her on a bland diet just boiled eggs and toast and it stopped. She was fine over the weekend then the same thing happened again Monday, yesterday and again just now. So she's been sick (violently) 4 times in total. She's absolutely fine in-between, nothing at all no stomach ache, no temperature. She had a bit of a sludgy poo yesterday morning and hasn't had a poo since.

I called the GP yesterday as we were worried how long it's been going on, they didn't seem concerned and have requested a stool sample (she hasn't poo'd again since so I haven't managed to get one yet).

Any ideas what this could be or has anyone seen anything like this? The school said there's no sickness in her class and none of us have got ill from it yet.

I thought of allergies but all she's had is eggs and toast and she hadn't had eggs the week before it started... at a bit of a loss

Hi, this exact thing is happening us with my 6 year old son except its been going on 5 weeks! Hes missed so much school. Been at gp twice and a and e once. Was sent off with constipation meds and another time reflux tablets. So stressed out. His bloods were normal
