Sickness bug or something else?

DC 2.5 was sick 4 times on Saturday, but was literally sick and then running around like a nutcase again! Perfectly fine in himself, just the sick. Managed to eat after midday and keep it down

Fine all day Sunday no issues

Today, been at the MILs whilst we work and she said he's pooped 6 times of various consistencies. Pooped again at home before bath, quite dry and yellowish.

Fine all evening. Just woken up and projectile vomited everywhere and had also pooped when we got him up from his cot

Again, he seems absolutely fine in himself and is currently watching tv and talking away to DP whilst I clean up his lovely mess 😂

Anyone else had this? Just seems odd for him to not be sick all afternoon Saturday, all day Sunday, and all day Monday until 9:30pm?!

Yes sounds like a sickness bug, my dc had similar a while back, sick a lot, then fine for 48 hours and just as I was about to send back to school sick again!

@Misspacorabanne ahh fab thank you! Yes it does seem like one, annoying to think they're okay and then suddenly like a new wave of it. And of course DC is naturally upset at being woken up by his own tummy pains and sickness poor thing!

I was just going to post about this!

My 4 yo was sick a few times Thursday morning, nothing else. Off food all weekend and then sick again last night. My 8yo is now being sick as well.

It doesn't seem to have diarrhea with it but they have had a high temp. It's not like any other sick bug we've had.

Deffo a sickness bug.

Doing the rounds at my child's nursery.

@Piscesmumma1978 my little one didn't have the diarrhoea either until yesterday so seems that came after for him

It's definitely a bug, I've been being sick all morning. Also 37 weeks pregnant so this is exhausting
DP also sick

Oh no, I hope you feel better 💐

It's definitely an odd one this one. It seems to drag on but without them being ill for all of it.

@Piscesmumma1978 thank you! I mean DS is fine in himself whilst I feel like I'm dying (dramatic hahaha) why do we always seem to get it worse than them? 😷

It always happens and always when they're better and are bouncing off the walls!

I hope bedtime comes around fast for you so that you can relax and recover x
