Antibiotics on empty stomach

Hi all

Just got back from a&e with dd (11mo) who's now on antibiotics
4 times a day

It stated that it should be given on an empty stomach

I just have her the dose required and then without me noticing DH gave her a full bottle of milk 😭. He didn't know and I forgot to mention to him.

Would it still work? Or was that a wasted dose 😭

Still give it. It’s meant to affect absorption as to how full the tummy is but no idea how much etc.
