So my little boy is 11 months old and started nursery on Tuesday (he did go in to nursery for a few hours last Thursday too as a visit) I picked him up last night and he was a bit hot and rosy cheeks. On Sunday he had a bit of a temperature but was fine by Monday. I went to put him in the bath last night and he had a lot of spots, these are on his chest, tummy, backs of shoulders and under nappy. this morning there are no more and are no worse but is this chicken pox or something else? He seems fine and it’s not bothering him

It looks like a viral rash does it fade when pressed?

Yes if I press on them they all but go away and then reappear when I remove my hand from the area.

Viral rash probably, chicken pox quickly become obvious blisters

Definitely seems like a viral rash very common with colds etc when little.
