Is anyone using vit d drops and exclusively breastfeeding?

I have these but they’re so hard to administer as the drop takes ages to come out!

Any alternative recommendations?

I use a company called "Better You" for vitamin d for my family. They have sprays you spray onto the inside of the cheek. Very easy for children and they do an infant one. I assume it would be ok for babies as long as you spray onto the cheek and not down the throat! Infant vit D spray
