Strep? Viral?

Anyone any idea if this is strep? Child is okay otherwise. Slight dodgy stomach but nothing major.

Rash is more red than it looks in photo it's because I had to crop it

Doesn’t look like strep to me, more a viral rash. Any fever? Sore throat?
