Weaning CMPA baby

Baby got diagnosed with CMPA at 6 weeks tried nutramigen never took well symptoms come back quickly. Been on neocate since around 10 weeks. Baby is now 7 months and dairy free weaning has gone brilliant EXSEPT I haven’t introduced other allergens apart from soya and wheat which he is coping well with regularly from soya yogurts and cereals. We did have a reaction at the very start to aptamil baby rice which is a may contain so am thinking the milk allergy is really strong. Am just so scared to try other allergens incase he is IGE to them and has some kind of really bad reaction at home. My dieticians are crap to be honest they give you a slot for a zoom call I stupidly missed it so they discharge you. I know I should have remembered but really 1 chance. Looking for any guidance of how to introduce other top allergens mainly egg and nuts that am terrified of. Do I start an egg ladder and try that way ? What do I need on hand for the nuts is it just piriton ? It’s a minefield.
