My very nearly 2yo has his first bought of D+V. Sick twice and upset stomach twice so far (since yesterday)
Quiet, pale and has that 'off smell' us parents recognise. This will be the 2nd day he hasn't eaten, he is having water and nappies still heavy. Regarding the lack of food when do I worry ?
Only other symptom is blue hands/feet, not unusual for my boy when he's got a fever, but no fever, just warm to touch.
Poor thing!
