Itchy marks on palms

DD (9) has itchy marks on both her palms. They are sort of in her skin rather than on it IYSWIM. Then the skin is peeling a bit, I think as she itches it. What could it be?

Yes eczema. I get it as well. I can only use neutrogena hand cream or cerave on my hands.

It looks a bit like dishydrotic eczema, which is also sometimes called pompholyx. Are there tiny blisters on/in the skin before the peeling stage? I get this - it can be so itchy, then so sore.

Thanks for replying. My mum gets pompholyx but with more obvious bubbles (which freak me out!) We showed a pharmacist yesterday who seemed a bit stumped and said to try Eurax for a few days then see the GP if no change.
