Colic - what's your experiences?

Hello,
Parenting books seem to all imply there's something magic that happens at 3 months where colic stops overnight. The two people I know who've had babies with colic said this was the case for them, which feels a bit unbelievable given our current status 🥴

The NHS website says it stops between 4-6 months.

I realise very much that every child is different, but I'm keen to hear other parents' experiences to get a vague idea of how it generally goes...

Thanks in advance 😊

dc1's didn't, as I vividly remember having evening after evening with him getting that pain after I'd been out at work all day, so he definitely had it between 3 and 6 months.
It was hard and where I tried to first use the "it's only a phase" mantra.
