Very sore under willy

Hi not going to post a photo just because of where it is but my 7 month old has a very sore red line under his willy. Doesn’t appear to be bothering him and hasn’t got any other nappy rash.

Can I put sudocrem on it?

Yes you can.
You can clean and treat the area as you would any other area under the nappy.
Is it nappy rash or does it look like an injury of some sort.? If the latter I'd show a nurse at the gp surgery just in case it is more than a skin lesion.

I would clean it, pop on some sudocrem and see if it improves over next few nappy changes. This has always done the trick with my little boy but if it persists get it checked out :)

I think what you are describing is a raphe and is totally normal.
