Any suggestions for DS symptoms?

Disclaimer first off that we are seeing a doctor for DS symptoms but wondering if anyone has had any similar experience with their child.

Since last year DS (11) will have episodes where he goes quite pale, sweaty, feels nausea and dizziness.
It can last between 5-20 minutes then subsides with rest. He doesn't actually vomit or pass out.

There's no rhyme or reason to these episodes and his blood count came back fine for diabetes/low blood sugar which is what we thought it could be as the symptoms match up.

He also frequently mentions feeling dizzy. These pale/nausea episodes could be 1-2 weeks apart or 6 weeks apart, the feelings of dizziness are more frequent.

I have a video which I showed the doctor today and she has ruled out panic attacks (which is another thing we thought it could be).

DS is otherwise happy and healthy etc.
I'm not overly concerned it's anything sinister but curious to know if anyone else has seen similar and what it was.
Thanks

Were iron levels tested? Could be anaemia

Yes, should have said sorry, FBC came back good for most things, need a repeat in a month as he did have a virus at the time so she wants to make sure it's not masking anything else.
But thyroid, blood sugar levels, etc were all good.

Vasovagal syncope?
Next time try to feel his pulse during an episode - is it fast/slow or irregular?
