Do you give it to DC? DD (10) has had diarrhoea for a little over 24 hours, it's not as frequent today as yesterday but achy food generally goes straight through.

She isn't generally unwell, happy watching endless tv in our bed & won't be going to school tomorrow but unsure whether to medicate. I've always thought it was better to let it all out as it were but considering it.

I don’t take it myself so wouldn’t give to a child. Could you follow the BRAT diet?

I've never given any of mine anything like that. I usually let it run it's course, whilst staying on top of fluids and getting them to eat foods that'll bind they're tummies together in hope it helps xx
