Does this look like eczema, we've been using hydromol for 2 weeks but no improvement.
Doesn't seem to itch but she's only 12 months so hard to be 100%
This is her back and there's a couple of marks the same on chest

Is it pityriasis? That's no itchy but takes a long time to disappear (and arrived when I was run down).

Yes looks exactly like my eczema. The patches and the shape is similar to my back eczema.

You could try giving her an oat bath. And maybe try Childs Farm emollient. I think she's too young for steroid ointment - but I'm not a doctor so worth asking her GP or the pharmacist if you're willing to give it a go.
