12 month temp nursery

Reposting in here as no replies in nursery page. DD had a temperature overnight (39.1) as has a cold virus that she is coming out the end of (been snotty for weeks). Has been off nursery today and temp was 38 this morning, gone down to 37.3 now (6pm) so still got a temperature but trending down the way and she is more bubbly this afternoon. If her temp is fully normal tomorrow morning can she go back to nursery as long as OK in herself?

I think temperature enjoys returning again for the night so it is too early to decide if tomorrow is a nursery day. See how it goes and if the temperature is still down at 2-3am then the odds are in your favour for tomorrow x
