My baby is 20 weeks old and over the past few days has broken out in this ‘rash.’ Does any one have any idea what this could be? The bigger spot has a very slight yellow tinge to it. He’s completely fine on himself. No temp or grouchiness and no teeth coming through. Any ideas??
