My DD16 has had her index finger swell up over the last couple of weeks. She usually wears a ring on it and it won't go over her knuckle any more.
I've spoken to pharmacist who says at her age it could be enchondroma which has me panicking!
He was a bit vague about treatment and said maybe surgery or it might resolve on its own.
I'm going to take her to the doctor but no appointments until Thursday (and that will be a telephone one).
Anyone ever experienced this? Or have any other thoughts as to what causes one swollen knuckle/finger?
