What is this rash?

I noticed my DS (1 year old) had this rash all over his body, he’s been fine in himself. He has had a runny nose the last few weeks.

I can’t think of any new food he could have had a reaction to. DH said he washed his clothes with our detergent so I’m hoping it’s a reaction to that.
should I be worried? Would you call the drs tomorrow?

Might be a viral rash?

Is it bothering him? Is he scratching it? If he’s well in himself, eating, drinking, sleeping as usual, it could be a post viral rash as Drcox suggested. Any worries though, I’d phone the gp for advice. If it was a reaction to washing detergent I think it would be itchy .

does it feel like sandpaper to your touch

It looked like molluscum to me, but I’m obviously a completely unqualified stranger on the internet.
