Four year olds wind

Hi
Son is having a lot of smelly wind, complaining of feeling full when eating.
Any advice? Anyone had this before?
It's the weekend so will call gp Monday too

My 3.5 DD is the same, she stinks ha but same no intolerances so no idea why

Has he had any viral illnesses lately? That can cause temporary intolerances such as lactose.

Yes he has! I never knew this thank you it was a very bad virus too Sad
