My health anxiety is through the roof.
DS has woken with a snuffled nose and all blocked up. Is this a symptom of strep a?

It could be but without any other symptoms it's more likely to just be a cold.

NHS info suggests a head cold isn’t normally a symptom of strep. In my experience strep throat symptoms are high temp, sore throat, headaches, but not runny nose.
