10pm bottle tooth brushing question

Hi, my 13 mo still has a bottle of milk at 10pm as it's the only way we can get him to drink his movicol, without which he can't poo. I've tried everything, but unless he's sound asleep he won't drink from a bottle, and I can't get the full amount of movicol down in an open cup as he'll only take small sips, most of which gets spilled. The only way I can get him to take the full dose is when he's sleeping at night.

My question is about his teeth... He's got 12 already, and I know milk at night, especially from a bottle, is really bad for them. I brush his teeth before bed at 7 but then he's obviously having more milk after that. I've tried bringing a tooth brush up with me and brushing after the bottle but it really upset him, and anyway I don't think brushing immediately after a load of sugary milk is that great anyway.

Any bright ideas of solutions to this?? Or maybe I'm worrying over nothing...
