Chickenpox scabs, how can I heal them quickly?

My DD8 has chicken pox and all but 3 are now scabbed over. We're meant to be flying out to see DPIL on Sunday which I had admitted defeat about at first and had warned them we would likely need to cancel but now I'm hopeful we may be able to go. The issue is she is incredibly self conscious about the scabs, to the point she won't look in the mirror, won't leave the house (I had planned on going for a drive just to get out for an hour) and is incredibly upset at the idea of anyone looking at her. Does anyone have any fast remedies for healing the scabs quickly? We are already using Poxclin and Calamine lotion but I thought some wise Mum's may have experience of something different that has worked for them that they could recommend?

Just to clarify before anyone says it, if the 3 remaining haven't scabbed over by Saturday morning, we absolutely will not be going and will cancel our Sunday evening flights. I would never risk the health of anybody for the sake of flights that can be moved.

Aveeno cream - or believe it or not, metanium cream is also a good one.

Oh I have metanium in. Is it better than calamine?

When did the spots first appear?

The special gel in a tube that’s £8 ish from the chemist did sort the spots and scans out quite quick on dd. I used calamine on ds and his just dragged on and on.
I can’t remember the name though. It was next to the calamine

I dint think there are quick fixes tbh.

My 3 year old has somewhat of a rash on his belly and legs looks more or less like spots that were scratched at and have a little scab and he also has had a rash on his private areas for about a week now. The rash looks like little red dots all over. The day before yesterday his hand had some smaller white dots on it and we took him the the pediatrician and they said chicken pox. I’m not sure they were right. His had has gotten worse and his fingers are a little swollen. He also has bad eczema so I thought maybe the his legs and belly were eczema and he had a yeast infection before we took him to the doctor. Any suggestions? I am attaching a picture of his hand.

@Tk21slam I'd think that was hand foot and mouth rather than chickenpox

I used manuka honey when I had chickenpox a few years ago. It made a big difference after leaving it on overnight.

This looks nasty, poor little love. I wouldn't say that's chicken pox, not sure it's HFM either. Could be wrong though. I'd be getting a 2nd opinion just to check from the GP x
