Hi there imposter last week about my 3yo having some random spots on his area between shoukder blades, shoulders and chest and neck… couple replied and said chicken pox…
but i’m worried now as some more spots have come up in other areas so not sure what they could be as not seen any blistered ones !

long story short he had a cough that wouldn’t budge and GP prescribed anti bs 2 weeks ago, Monday he had a spot come up on shoulder didn’t take any notice really but evening we got him in the bath and noticed a fair few spots and 2 by his lower back area … not many more cans out the next few days the odd few where the others were on his neck/ top back …
tonight i have gone to bath him and he has 3 going up his side, a few small ones inside leg one on tummy and two that look like gnat bites on leg :/ it’s really confusing me now as i just don’t know what they could be and worrying it’s bed bugs !!
when hubby asked at chemist they said coukd be bites coukd be pox so wasn’t really helpful if honest x can someone help me please i just can’t see any blisters x

Thank
you in advance !!

first two pics are monday the others are tonight
